Our Mission
To ensure that consumers of behavioral health services in Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon, and Perry Counties receive timely and appropriate treatment and referral through HealthChoices as needed.

Who are we?
We are a consumer-driven organization that provides consumers a greater voice and an integral role in evaluating the effectiveness of their behavioral health care through fair and balanced research into consumer needs and perception of quality.
Community support programs are crucial for individuals in recovery and those who have experienced mental health challenges. These programs provide a sense of belonging and support, which can be instrumental in maintaining mental wellness. Our staff is dedicated to providing support through these programs, as we understand the importance of community in the healing process. Together, we can create a safe and supportive environment for all.
Consumer Satisfaction Services is a non-profit organization run by consumers. It hires individuals who have received mental health and/or substance abuse services, or family members, to conduct satisfaction surveys of those who are currently receiving or received similar services.
Our Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team (C/FST) serves the five counties of Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and Perry, by surveying and reporting consumer’s satisfaction levels with treatment received.
We focus primarily on those who have received or are receiving treatment for mental health and/or substance abuse issues and have Perform Care (previously CBHNP) as their behavioral healthcare insurance.CSS gives a voice to consumer’s wants and needs, and also helps to identify trends and institute change for future consumers.
