Meet Our Team!

Executive Director
Jessica Paul
Jessica started her journey with CSS in 2009 as a part-time Team Surveyor and has grown into her current leadership role since 2013. Her own recovery and dedication to helping others inspire her daily work, ensuring that individuals and families feel heard, valued, and supported. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master of Public Administration, and she is a Certified Peer Specialist Supervisor. Driven by a belief in the power of community, peer support, and giving people a voice, Jessica leads with compassion, integrity, and purpose.
"Never underestimate the power of humans helping humans."

Program Manager
Sarah Sporer
Sarah joined CSS in 2024. She earned her associate’s degree in marketing and management before starting her work at CSS. She’s passionate about walking alongside individuals and families during the recovery process. As a parent, Sarah has seen the challenges of mental health up close through her own children’s experiences, which continues to inspire her commitment to helping others find the support and resources they need to truly thrive. When she’s not working, Sarah loves spending time with her family on their homestead, Sunset Ridge Acres. You’ll often find her gardening, camping, and finding simple ways to connect with nature.
"Supporting others is personal to me, because I know what it feels like to fight for someone you love."

Bilingual Survey Specialist
Diana Medina
Diana has been with us since 2024. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology before joining the team. Her passion for supporting others in recovery is deeply personal—she’s walked that road herself while navigating substance use and mental health challenges. Those experiences continue to shape the compassion and understanding she brings to her work. Outside of work, Diana enjoys taking walks, traveling, doing crossword puzzles, and spending time with her grandson. She’s especially proud of her decades of volunteer service as a Group Service Representative and as a sponsor to women in a 12-Step program.
"My definition of success is when your core values and self concept are in harmony with your daily actions and behaviors.”

Deputy Director
Abby Robinson
Abby has been part of CSS since 2008. Before finding her way into the mental health field, she earned her MBA—but it was her own recovery journey that truly inspired her to do this work. That experience continues to shape how she shows up every day, both for herself and for the people she supports. She cares deeply about making sure everyone feels heard and valued, and she believes each person brings something meaningful to the table. When she’s not at work, Abby loves crocheting, hiking, camping, kayaking, and building Lego creations. She also spends time volunteering at Zion Lutheran Church of Etters. Above all, she’s most proud of raising her three kids and her dog, Stella.
“If I did my best, I did enough.”

Survey Specialist
Debra Helwig
Deb has been part of CSS since 2015. Before coming on board, she earned her bachelor’s degree in education from Shippensburg University. Her own lived experience—along with that of her family—led her to the mental health field, where she’s driven by a genuine desire to support others who have similar stories. She believes deeply in recovery, growth, and the possibility of change.
Outside of work, Deb enjoys collecting unique stones and crystals and has a strong interest in horticulture. She’s also proud to serve as a volunteer with the League of Women Voters.
“Love is the only thing we can take into eternity"- Elisabeth Kubler-Ross

Bilingual Survey Specialist
Jennifer Stevens
Jennifer has been with CSS since 2023. She earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work before starting her work here. Jennifer believes in meeting people where they are and doing everything she can to support them in ways that feel supportive and helpful. While she’s worked across many areas of social work, mental health is especially meaningful to her because of the stigma and misunderstandings that so often surround it. When she’s not working, Jennifer enjoys relaxing with a little shopping and loves to volunteer whenever she has the chance.
"You only lose when you give up."
