Consumer Satisfaction Services is a consumer operated non-profit organization. Consumer Satisfaction Services employs consumers or family members of consumers who have received mental health and/or substance abuse services to conduct satisfaction surveys of individuals who are receiving or have received mental health and or substance abuse services.
Our Consumer/Family Satisfaction Team (C/FST) serves the five counties of Cumberland, Dauphin, Lancaster, Lebanon and Perry, by surveying and reporting consumer’s satisfaction levels with treatment received.
We focus primarily on those who have received or are receiving treatment for mental health and/or substance abuse issues and have Perform Care (previously CBHNP) as their behavioral healthcare insurance.
CSS gives a voice to consumer’s wants and needs, and also helps to identify trends and institute change for future consumers.
